2. Refunds Before Work Begins

You are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation of your order before our team has commenced any work or editing on your project.

3. Refunds After Work Has Begun or Been Completed

Once the editing process has started, or after the final service has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

• Manager Discretion: Any full or partial refunds for services already in progress or completed will be granted strictly at the discretion of our management team.
• Partial Refunds: Depending on the specific circumstances of the situation, a senior manager may authorize a partial refund.
